Apartments in the East of the City

The city’s eastern area can be found to the east of Ibn Gvirol Street, one of the city’s most sought after areas. This is one of Tel Aviv’s veteran neighborhoods whose streets combine a unique mix of building from the 1960’s alongside new tower blocks. Population density is relatively low in comparison to other areas of the city and, in the past, the population consisted mainly of academics with a high socio-economic status. Access from the neighborhood to main highways and freeways is very convenient as is access to the many prestigious tower blocks that have been built over the past few years. Today, the area attracts both young and established families. It is a residential area with a well-established population and plenty of green spaces.
